Personality

Cautious
"Hmm, he seems trustworthy. I guess I can . . . trust him."
Aries analyzes others thoroughly and tends to question them depending on the way they appear or behave. Give her reason to distrust you and she'll have a hard time being your friend.
Stubborn
"Please, running away is out of the question! My mommy and daddy would of stand their ground, so there's no way I'm backing down!"
There's little to no shy behavior from this feline. She is strong-willed and determined to complete her tasks, just like her mother. Aries doesn't have the brute strength her brother and father have, but that doesn't drag her down. If push comes to shove, she will find her inner strength to beat whatever comes her way.
Understanding
"All right, It's our secret. Go now before someone sees you!"
If the non-fire feline before her had a good reason why he/she stumble into fire territory, then she'll go to great lengths to keep it a secret. The only felines she WON'T do this nor ever understand is the bounty hunters. Thanks to her mom, she loathes them too and she will never allow herself to become friends with them.

Aries casually reminds herself that she's not just /any/ other Fire empire cat, but that she's one of the daughters of the empire's leader and barbary lion- two important Fire empire felines. Though, due to her current age... she's unsure about the Cold Order.
Protective
"Y-yeah, I have a brother and sister. Why do you wanna know though?"
Since bounty hunters are after her mother's head, she knows the risks of them coming after her and her siblings. Thus she would hardly speak of her siblings right off the bat, you have to befriend her and lend her your trust in order for Aries to say anything about them.
Equivalent
"Don't be silly, I'm nothing special. I'm just another feline, like yourself! So...yeah...there's no need to treat me any different."
As a leader's cub, other felines tend to freak out or praise Aries after encountering her. Though, Aries prefers to be treated as one of her own empire mates. She believes everyone is equal and she doesn't want to be seen as something 'higher'. (she's not full of herself. Plus when she grows up she will consider all of fire her family/children |D)

"C'mon, we're from the same empire. Why would I not trust you?"
Aries has a bigger trust-connection with her fire empire mates. She would patrol the area (if her mom allows it) and has less chances of being annoyed if she runs into a fire feline. (If the feline is obnoxious...the worst Aries could do is find you annoying and continue with her patrol. Ignoring you |D) As the daughter of Andromeda, the hybrid wants to connect with all, if not MOST, of her rightful empire. Overall Aries has utmost respect/admiration to her own empire and felines, in which you would most often see her watching over them at a high place. (note: This is why 'Aries the Vigilant' is the title given to her in this app)

To carry the legacy AND make her parents proud is her main goal in life. Even when her training sessions might seem harsh or crazy for a cub to undergo- she doesn't care. She would push her body and go through difficult routines to make her stronger each day. This could apply to her stubborn-side too.

Background

"Our beginning."

Umm...I suppose I should start with my birth? Well I can't really remember my first few days when i was born (who could?!?) but I remember being cuddled next to my siblings. And I remember the gleaming-passionate eyes my mother and father cast down on us. It was a warmth feeling...a feeling I never wanted to abandon. My parents didn't have the best backstory, especially when they lost a friend that mattered so much to them.

Father and Mother grief for many days over Soren, the past Fire leader. Though my dad did his best to comfort my mom and she returned the same kindness. In the end it elevated to a strong affection and before they knew it- they had us.

"Meaning behind my name...and our bondage."

Andromeda wanted to name a cub after the cheetah her friend, Kid, left for. Maybe not in hopes that her cub will one day do the same, but that she may have a happy life and will find someone she can love like Kid and Aries did. A wish for her cub that she so wished for herself but never was never quite granted. The day I heard those words utter from her maw was...practically the happiest day of my life! I think I might of overdone it when I tackled her out of passion. Oops, sorry. I'm not really sure what she means about the whole 'never quite granted'? I...I think she's wrong. I asked father and he told me that she fell in love with Andro like the way I fall asleep. "Slowly and then all at once." If that's not love then...I don't know what love is! Plus...Pol, Ant, and I really love you mom. We really do.

(The name Aries also corresponds to Ares. In Greek mythology the name means god of war. Which gave Andro more than enough reason to bestow her last daughter with the name Aries.)

-- Aries would often look for a high place and sit there for many hours to watch over her fellow empire mates.
-- She doesn't make the best first impression with felines outside of her empire.
-- Lake Blackwater is one of her favorite spots to chill. And she loves befriending the turtles there.
-- When her mother and father aren't watching, she would often mimic their every move. Studying them like some creeper.
-- She's not as out-spoken like her brother and sister, so when they're together and around other company- Aries would often let them do most of the talking.
-- Training is one of her biggest passions. FITE HER.
-- To lose her family is one of her bIGGEST fears.
-- Even if she tries to seem all tough, deep inside she's a big softie and would reveal emotions from time to time. That includes crying, excitement, trembling, etc. They're rare but sometimes easy to perceive.

One accessory she had as a cub, and still have, is the Zodiac Medallion/necklace. Which is quite symbolic to her given that her name is Aries.

Aries is the first sign of the zodiac, and that's pretty much how those born under this sign see themselves: first. Aries are the leaders of the pack, first in line to get things going. Whether or not everything gets done is another question altogether, for an Aries prefers to initiate rather than to complete.

Matching bracelets was something she obtained after the raid. Aries got a lot closer to her big sister and so they decided to make matching bracelets out of Roman coins. Both are wearing each others' symbol.
